Stock availability
All offered products are in stock. However, given the nature of the medium, stock levels may change rapidly, especially regarding products on sale or with great demand. If an ordered item is not available, we will indicate the term of delivery and you decide whether to continue or not the purchase process.
How to order?
Actually, the process could not be easier: :
- Add to your shopping basket all items you would like to purchase. Once your order is completed proceed to “Confirm Order“.
- Being a new client you have to register on the website – please click the option “New Customer” and fill in the form. If you already have registered please enter your e-mail address and password. In case you have forgotten your password, click the option “Password forgotten?” and we will e-mail you your password. Since this is the only way the system may contact you it is very important that you enter correctly your e-mail address.
- Once you have registered we need to know your post address in order to deliver the ordered items. The system allows several addresses, please click “Change Address” to add a new address.
- If several delivery options are given, please choose the one that suits you best.
- You may also add comments - regarding the ordering process - to your order.
- Please choose one payment method in case there are several methods available.
- At the end of the whole ordering process you are shown the details of your order. Please check the list and change if necessary. You may return to the shop clicking the above links on the web page to modify the content of your shopping basket or to add new products. Until this moment the system remembers all and any entered data.
- If you choose credit card payment, the system links with the bank’s secure payment platform. Once payment and purchase have concluded and accepted, the system returns to the shop.
- If you buy downloadable products, in the lower part of the screen shows you a list with the ordered items ready to download. Please click the link of each item to start downloading.
Payment methods
The system shows the available payment methods in your country and geographical area. The common method is credit card payment. In some cases you may also pay by bank transfer or cash on delivery (COD). In case you don’t find a payment method that suits you, please contact us.

When placing your order you can choose between several options of available transport. Delivery date within Spanish Peninsula and Balearic Islands is 1-2 days. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla 3-5 days. Europe and North-America 2-5 days. Southamerica and rest of the world 4-6 days.
Taxes and duty
All products of TiendadeDonQuijote.com include all taxes in Spain and European Union. However it may be possible that costumers in Canarias, Ceuta, Melilla and other countries have to pay local taxes.
Guarantee
Guarantees are issued by the manufacturer. Please check the guarantee’s conditions in the product’s documents and contact the corresponding service center whose contact details appear in the guarantee.
Returns policy
If any item does not meet your expectations, please return it within 15 days post paid, in its original package and perfect state. Please contact us if you want to return an item, we will give you a return-number. We won’t accept items lacking the return-number.
Damaged items
In case the ordered goods are delivered in a damaged package, please do not accept the consignment. State on the delivery note the reason why you won’t accept the consignment and inform us about the incident. Once we receive the damaged package we will send you as soon as possible another item. In case the item delivered is not damaged but you still want to return it, please accept the package and proceed as indicated in chapter “Returns policy“.
Register and Privacy policy
You will have to have to register if you want to buy products at TiendadeDonQuijote.com. The next time you are going to order from TiendadeDonQuijote.com the system recognises you. We never make your information available to third persons or organisations and the provided data will be used only and exclusively to regulate and control the ordering process. You may cancel your registration at any time and your personal details will be deleted from our system. Due to legal reasons we do store however informations related to sales. In case you decide to unsubscribe, you may register again at any time.
